AADA to increase China-Australia rate

Member carriers of the Asia Australia Discussion Agreement (AADA) will levy a rate increase of US$300 per TEU and $600 per FEU for both dry and reefer cargo to ports and points in Australia from mainland China and Hong Kong from May 15. AADA members include ANL Singapore, China Shipping Container Line (HK), Cosco, Hamburg Sud, Hanjin, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, "K" Line, Maersk, MSC, MOL, NYK and OOCL.   Asian Shipper News
