MOL hikes intra-Asia rate

JAPANESE shipping giant MOL has announced a US$100 per TEU and a $200 per FEU rate hike for intra-Asia cargo to and from Japan effective October 1. "In view of the positive market development, MOL would implement the rate restoration in order to recover the ever-increasing operational costs and sustain the service quality to customers," said the notice to trade.   Asian Shipper News
