Qatar Airways Cargo adds freighter capacity to Lahore

Doha (QA)-based Qatar Airways Cargo will add an extra A300-600 freighter flight to Lahore (PK) as of February 2007. The additional operation can provide up to 40 t extra uplift in and out of Pakistan’s second largest city.   Qatar Airways flies to over 70 destinations worldwide with its modern all-Airbus fleet of aircraft, including one A300-600 freighter. Another Qatar Airways A300-600 aircraft is currently undergoing conversion into a freighter and is set to begin cargo operations in February 2007.  Source:  International Transport Journal
