Crowley Adds Tampa Call

Crowley Maritime plans to add roll-on, roll-off service to Tampa in September as part of the carrier’s Central American service, which handles ro-ro, breakbulk and project cargo.   The Crowley Americas’ first call at Tampa is scheduled for Sept. 2. The carrier said additional sailings from Tampa are expected as frequently as every three weeks.   Crowley’s Central America service covers Rio Haina, Dominican Republic; Port au Prince, Haiti; Manzanillo, Panama; Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; and Santo Tomas, Guatemala.   The Journal of Commerce Online
