DB Schenker launches Europe-N America flights

DB Schenker Logistics is connecting Europe and North America with new air freight routes. Starting immediately, the logistics division of Deutsche Bahn is offering new 777 freighter flights from Luxemburg to Toronto and Chicago and back. The new Atlanta and Houston route will also be served from Luxemburg. "Our new flights enable us to offer shippers secure capacity on interesting routes," said Thomas Mack, senior vice-president, global air freight, at Schenker. "We implement the complete chain from door to door, with pre-carriage and onward carriage through our integrated networks, via our Euro hub in Luxemburg and our network in North America." Flights depart every Sunday from Luxemburg to Toronto and Chicago and every Wednesday and Saturday to Atlanta and Houston. Cargonews Asia
