GREAT Wall Airlines has announced the resumption of all-cargo air service between Shanghai's Pudong International Airport and Schipol in Amsterdam.
The flight is operated six-times weekly, and will be followed by a resumption of services to Mumbai and Chennai in India.
This is in line with the carrier's plans to expand its network in 2007 to connect the main manufacturing hubs in China to the major consumer markets worldwide.
Great Wall Airlines is a Sino-Singapore joint venture cargo airline based in Shanghai, owned 51 per cent by the Beijing Aerospace Satellite Applications Corporation, 25 per cent by Singapore Airlines Cargo, and 24 per cent by Dahlia Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
