DFW airport voted best in Americas

DALLAS FORT WORTH (DFW) International Airport has been named the "Best Airport in the Americas" for customer service by the Airports Council International (ACI). The Texas airport was also ranked second among airports with more than 40 million passengers annually and fifth overall in the world, based on the results of the ACI's 2006 Air Service Quality programme, which surveyed more than 200,000 passengers globally over the course of the year. The Air Service Quality programme poll covered a range of topics including airport access and connectivity, airport services and facilities, security and immigration, airport environment, arrival services, value for money and overall satisfaction with the airport and airline services.
