Singapore up 2.2pc in February to 2.41 million TEU, HK up 6.4pc

SINGAPORE's Maritime and Port Authority reported a 2.2 per cent increase in container movement in February, having handled 2.41 million TEU compared to 2.36 million TEU in February last year.

Figures from the Hong Kong Marine Department show the port handled 1.5 million TEU in February, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.4 per cent from 1.38 million TEU in February last year.
