Maersk announces Port Congestion Surcharge

Due to the congestion situation at Chennai Port, India; Maersk Line will implement a Port Congestion Surcharge (CON) on all shipments moving from Vietnam and Cambodia to Port Chennai, India, starting September 26 until further notice.   The CON will be $90 per per 20-foot and $180 per 40-foot container.     Vietnam Shipper
