14,000-TEU APL Sentosa joins G6 Asia-Europe loop 7

APL, The container shipping arm of Singapore's NOL, has taken delivery of the APL Sentosa, the last of ten 14,000 TEU newbuildings ordered in June 2011 from Hyundai Samho. MOL has chartered half of the ships following delivery, within the New World Alliance framework. The ten ships are being deployed on APL's and MOL's Asia-Europe services operated within the G6 Alliance, reported Alphaliner. The APL Sentosa has joined the G6 Asia-Europe Loop 7.
